Nanaimo Update… June 12, 2016: The first moto at Nanaimo, British Columbia started out right with Dylan Wright and Jess Pettis near the front off the start. Unfortunately, a pileup on the first lap caused by another rider took both of our riders out, and Hayden Halstead was already down from a first turn crash. Hayden fought his way back to 15th, but Dylan and Jess were out with injuries and broken bikes. Both Dylan and Jess showed a lot of heart and came back strong for the second moto. They went 3rd and 4th respectively, both running with injuries, while Hayden came across the line in 20th. The team has proved they can be on the box but now they have to get more consistency. MX101 FXR Yamaha is working tirelessly to make that happen this weekend in Calgary.
